Do you use AI?
We use AI to draft replies quickly, then a person reads and edits every one before it's posted. Negative-review replies also go to you for approval first.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add our email as a manager on your Google Business Profile, which takes about a minute. You can remove us with one click.
Can you get bad reviews removed?
Only Google can remove reviews, and only when they break its rules, like spam or harassment. We'll flag those for you. For real complaints, a calm, specific reply is the best fix, because future customers read it too.
Will this raise my rating?
We can't promise a higher rating, and we never post fake reviews or offer customers anything in exchange for one. What we do is make sure every customer who writes about you gets a thoughtful answer.
We're a dental or medical office. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our replies for healthcare and legal offices never confirm that someone is a patient or client, and never mention their visit or case, even if the reviewer does.
What happens if I cancel?
